All our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance. If you want from one day to another you must contact via email or through our social networks to confirm delivery availability.
Our deliveries are made in two blocks of schedules, in the morning from 8.00am to 12.00pm and the evening schedule night from 1.00pm to 7.00pm, you must choose one of the two delivery blocks. We do not have exact hours, for better service you can indicate relevant information regarding delivery, for example: "you are at work until 4.00pm",
Very important! Verify the address to which the arrangement will be delivered. You must indicate the exact address with zip code, house or apartment number, name of the urbanization, if it is possible to attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.
In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be checked to schedule a new date.
In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
For longer, we made our bouquets the same day.
The client must provide all the corresponding information for the elaboration of his decoration or Bouquet as colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name and motive (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day ...)
IMPORTANT!!! You must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration.
Our customer service is characterized by the quality of our products. The latex balloons with helium have a duration of approx. 7 hours, we guarantee its durability of 48 hours or more. Microfoil or metallic balloons will last more than 7 days, depending on weather conditions and treatment.
Once the delivery has been made, if you transfer the place or local arrangement we are not responsible for damages or losses.
We will upload photos of the client and its decoration or Bouquet to our social networks or website, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us by email when you place your order. If this were the case (do not agree with the photo) if we will publish our decoration ..
